Warranty and Returns

The warranty period in the Elektroland24 web shop is the period within which the buyer has the right to free repair of defects in equipment that did not arise through their own fault. The warranty period is 1 year after receipt of the goods by the buyer. All household appliances that we receive are subjected to a careful and complete visual and functional inspection. Should defects arise, the defective parts will be replaced. Afterwards, the equipment is checked again and only offered for sale after complete final inspection.

Return within 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the equipment purchased in our shop, you can return the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt or exchange them for another one.

If the goods are defective, you can return them if the following is present

The invoices that you received with the goods
Retention of the goods' purchase appearance and their packaging
A complete set of components that were supplied with the goods

The warranty granted on goods does not extend to the following defects

Damage caused by improper use
Wear of the goods
Defects that arose due to non-compliance with instructions on the part of the customer
Defects caused by the failure of third-party goods

Please keep all documents and the proof of purchase for one year
