Payment and Delivery

We ship all items with two delivery services - DPD and DHL. Within Germany, we deliver free of charge. The shipping costs to other EU countries vary depending on the recipient's country and the weight of the goods. (You can find out the exact shipping costs when you add an item to the shopping cart and select the country of delivery.) The delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days, to other EU countries 3-4 working days.

You can pay for the goods offered in our shop using the Pay Pal payment system or by bank transfer. To do this, you must add an item to the shopping cart, select the shipping method and click the "Submit order" button. You will then be redirected to payment. If you prefer a different payment method, you must contact the manager of our shop by email at support@elektro-land.de or by phone at +491635137234 and suggest your desired payment method. Within one working day after payment, you will receive information from us about the selected delivery service and a tracking number to track the package.
